I have properly installed  BigBlueButtonBN 2014101006, 1.0.11 and RecordingsBN 2014070401, 1.0.11 and they are available in my Activity and resource respectively.

The following are the setting details: BigBlueButton Server URL: http://test-install.blindsidenetworks.com/bigbluebutton/ and BigBlueButton Shared Secret: 8cd8ef52e8e101574e400365b55e11a6

The problem that I have is that when I click on Add Activity, then BigBlueButton Activity and Add, the additions process takes some time and after displays an error that says We can't find that Page with 404 error from the link http://sh.ims.ug/course/modedit.php?add=bigbluebuttonbn&type=&course=1&section=1&return=0&sr=

Kindly guide me if there is any setting that I am not putting right.

Hi Joseph,

You may have solved your problem already, but most likely your Moodle server can not connect with the BigBluebutton server

Running this command from your console 

wget http://test-install.blindsidenetworks.com/bigbluebutton/api -O - --quiet; echo

you should receive an XML response from BBB, this would let us know as a first step if your server can talk to BBB
