I wonder whether anyone can point me in the right direction.
I'm trying to create a resource where each student can fill in a personal development plan (which at the moment consists of two paper forms). Each student and an administrator or manager (but not a tutor) would be able to only see their own input and amend them.
When they would click on the resource link the first thing they would see would be the forms and some explanatory text.
At the moment there is no access to the server from my side, therefore a resource that would not require inserting records into a database would be the most appropriate.
Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
