For our students who are enrolled in multiple courses, we wanted to find a new way to display the order of courses -- by the date they were enrolled into that course.
For example, if you navigate to the "My Courses" page, we have some students studying anywhere from 10-20 courses. From my understanding. Moodle orders courses by categories first, and then courses can be sorted by name, short name, or ID. This makes it very difficult for a student to find the course they are up to, as it could be mixed into courses they have already completed.
Is anyone familiar with a way to order the My Courses list, by the date they enrolled into a course?
I don't think there is a setting for this, but I believe there is a function along the lines of 'enrol_get_my_courses' that could be adjusted with a different 'ORDER BY' clause.
