Resource types

Hi all.. i'm wondering how to resolve this issue...


I'm using the resource (html) a lot and i need to include a html header and footer for each resource, because if that portion of html code changes.. i have to edit every resource all the time. Is there a way to use some kind of "include" in SSI or PHP in order to handle this ??
