I'm writing on behalf of my group of students that are working on business project, which concerns the Moodle platform.
I have a question about developing a Moodle plug-in and would like to receive feedback about its feasibility.
Our idea is to develop a book rental platform for students, from which they can rent books during their studies. In essence, we are looking for a plug-in that would allow lecturers to input information about the required books for a given course and after students enrol in different courses, we would receive an automatically generated report about the required number of books for the semester.
Would developing such a plug in be possible?
If yes, what approximate costs would I need to incur to pay a programmer to develop the above?
