I downloaded the latest complete package of Moodle and while creating an account, the installation freezes and a white screen appears.
Any help?? or any reason for that?

The page is stuck on administrator profile
your cache is corrupted
go into moodledata folder, and there you'll find two folders "cache" and "localcache"
delete them both, refresh the page and see if it works at your end.

The page is stuck on editadvanced.php and not loading.

Turn debugging on by adding the lines $CFG->debug = 32767; and $CFG->debugdisplay = true; to your config.php file and then reload the file. That should give you an error message. Post it back here.
You could try redownloading and recopying over the moodle folder. It is possible that something corrupted in the install. Seeing as this is a new install, it shouldn't hurt anything.
