Looks like we upgraded all modules at the same time, so it's not that.
We are getting an equivalent failure when trying to edit notification settings:
Fatal error: Class '\mod_dataform\pluginbase\dataformnotificationform_helper' not found in /var/www/hlc/moodle/blocks/dataformnotification/edit_form.php on line 27
Please help!
