Not sure if anyone has experienced this in the latest version of Moodle. I'm unable to figure this one out, appreciate if you someone could lend a hand.
Scenario: It doesn't matter if it's a new gradebook or one that was restored from a previous version.
- Course aggregation method is set to weighted mean of grades.
- I have an Assignment category and a Quiz category, both set to mean of grades.
- If I change the Course aggregation method to "Natural", all my categories will automatically be marked as extra credits. The weight will be automatically adjusted to "0".
The problem: why is extra credits automatically checked? Is this a bug?
I'm trying to get everyone on board with the Natural grading. However, this is a show-stopper if this is what will happen when someone restores their course and attempts to change the aggregation method to natural.
