found the answer...
- tutor get the role "non editing teacher"
- tutor is part of same group than students
- feedback should be set to "seperate groups"

Take away capability "accessallgroups" for non editing teachers in the specific feedback

Hi Simon (or anyone who knows the answer),
What if the non editing teachers are teaching in other courses at the same time? Can I adjust the settings of their role course by course? Or the additional restricted role to be used in one course and the one with full permission (like teacher) in the other?
