I doubt you will have any problems, even with only 30 concurrent PHP connections allowed. The reason is that the processes only exist while the page is being loaded. So in most cases that is less than a second. So for you to have problems you would have to have 30 kids submiting a page at exactly the same time (ie. all within a second of each other), it is highly unlikely. So basically every second you can have a different 30 kids submitting/loading a page. So for a class of 200 as long as each kids is not reloading the page every 5 seconds you should be fine. And even if you had more than 30 kids submiting within a second, the process would probably not be lost, just queued, and the queue would become free a couple of seconds. I hope this eases your fears.
