I understand that there are a lot of differentiation and inconsistency in moodle screens due to fact that there are a lot of different programmers developing different features.
I wonder if there is some processes that aims to find and remove those inconsistencies to improve system's usability ?
Here, for example, i bummed into 2 same logically screens, one of them HAS a search option and other HAS NOT.
There are also 2 tracker issues regarding those, when one was taken care of MDL-26956 and other closed without a reason MDL-41653.
