Firstly, thanks to Damyon for MDL-49046 - and indeed everybody else who is involved.
Whist playing around, I found this '$('.h1').hide();' here: https://github.com/moodle/moodle/commit/d2b6447870355c7c6144d43612cedf2f8e37f36f#diff-a0e56fa43a23fb87f2fcc56c948575b7R22 - and really wondered what it is hiding? As would be tricky to search the PHP code for a class declaration with the 'h1' selector but not tag.
