Obviously this was not a real announcement, just our little confusing ball of fun tossed into the general April Fools Day madness.
In all seriousness there are a number of initiatives around the Moodle community involving VR in some ways and it will be nice to see them developing, but first I think most of us need to concentrate on getting education right on all the platforms we already have: the web, on mobile and even face-to-face. We all have so much to do!
