Hi,

I am newbie in Moodle. I hope you can give me some advises for my problem.

I am running Moodle 2.7.2 in IIS, Windows Server 2012 R2. 

When I upload the SCORM package file to course (Reference: https://docs.moodle.org/27/en/SCORM_settings), "Error Connecting to Server" alert message is shown. I do not know how to fix it. I use Firefox and Chrome to upload the file.

Here is your clue here: 
I am running Moodle 2.7.2 in IIS, Windows Server 2012 R2. 

PHP and IIS do not always play nicely together. They will often be competing for the same resources so issues arise. There is a number of installation issues with using PHP in Windows Server that are discussed here.
