I am looking at various open source software stacks for a project I am doing which closely resembles Question Bank/Quiz. Moodle looks very promising but I am not clear yet on couple of things.
A) Since I need to make a different front-end I need good API interface for Question Bank/Question Engine? I didn't find much details on this.. Can someone help?
B) What type of Authentication/ API can Moodle support? oAuth?

Seems to be a good resource for my 2nd question on OAuth2 support. I will give it a try.
A) There are not web services for the question bank, but only because no-one has needed them yet, so they have never been implemented. It would be perfectly possible to add web services here, but someone will have to do the work.
