Hi all
I am having a problem when uploading new users. If a new user has an external email address, their new user account details are not being sent to them. If a new user has an email address that is the same domain as my Moodle site then they recieving their new user account details.
I am currently using Moodle 2.8.1 which I am hosting on a Ubuntu Server which is on the same network as an Exchange Server I am hosting as well.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue?
