It is very difficult to say anything on the basis of web server log. You need to turn on debugging by going to page - Site Administration => Development => Debugging. Select ALL from the debug messages dropdown and then click submit button. This will show you debug messages where Moodle is not working properly.

I just tried that but I can't see any report anywhere.
I choose the option all from the drop down, the next thing I can do is 'save changes', I have done that.
I see no 'submit' button and no debug report.
Sorry, it was 'Save Changes' button. You won't get debug report but you might get debug messages at the top of the page whenever you visit your scorm page or try to add an activity.
