Hi all, I've just noticed that one person's submission has overwritten two others in an assignment activity. See attached image. How is this possible if they were all logged in separately?

I've worked out that the 'group submission settings' is set (and locked) to 'Yes'.
The system won't let me change this... what can I do here? Do I have to completely remake this assignment activity?
Under Site administration -> Plugins -> Activity modules -> Assignment, the admin can choose the default for each setting and whether they are locked.
It seems that someone has done that on your site, since locking all assignments to use group submission is not the default
