This problem may be associated with our recent PHP upgrade to version 5.4. We have tried to trace the error with the lines of code below added to the config.php file.
ini_set ('display_errors', 'on');
ini_set ('log_errors', 'on');
ini_set ('display_startup_errors', 'on');
ini_set ('error_reporting', E_ALL);
$CFG->debug = DEBUG_ALL;
The screen now displays the error message below.
'Fatal error: Class 'SoapClient' not found in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/tech-moodle/mod/turnitintooltwo/sdk/soap.class.php on line 13'.
That line is pointing to 'turnitin' which is used by our moodle application.
Has anyone ever had to deal with such an error before?
