When I perform a backup, everything appears to work. However, I am using the NewAssignment module. MOST of the newassignment submissions are copied to the backup, but many are not. For instance, I had one assignment in a course that indicates 10 assignments were submitted. I can see all 10 assignments in Moodle. I run the backup program. Only about 4 of the submissions are backed up. The rest are missing from the backup file. Any idea why this is the case? Backup is set to include all submissions, so everything should be backed up.
