Hi 

Please help me, I can not find a solution to this little problem: How do I prevent "Manager” at Category Level from seeing all the other categories on the site - How do I set it so the category manager can only see his or her own category?

I am using version 2.3.2

It is not a simple thing to hide course categories from users.. You can stop people managing some categories from **managing** other categories, eg by making sure that the Manager of the course category is NOT a Manager at the site level. Check "Assign system roles" in Administration > Site Administration > Users > Permissions. My answer is based on Moodle 2.6. Hopefully you will see the same.
