I am having a problem with the Help dialogue boxes in Moodle 2.6, 2.7 and 2.8. When the content extends beyond the available space, keyboard-only users can't scroll down the text to read the rest of the help message.
I am not familiar with how the help dialogue boxes work but have posted details in Moodle Tracker MDL-49594. If you have any suggestions on how I could fix this or even give me a friendly nudge in the right direction, I would really appreciate hearing from you.
