Glossary Term Linking

I feel a little confused, I have been trying to set up a glossary within my site so that text in labels link to the terms/descriptions that are in my glossary but for some reason only the glossary title is linked. Is this the norm?

I also tried setting it up in the "sandbox" but the same thing happened.

Matt,
The glossary is set up so that the small window "title" (concept) is the word or term and the larger window is the definition. The auto linking works on what is in the "title" (concept). Picture from using glossary page.
