Borders in navbar section

Hi,

I have some problem with the header.html file. I want to add a right and a left border to the navbar section (see the picture). The purpose is to have a border around the whole page. I belive that I have to change the tables in header.html. Any ideas?

There should be no need to change the XHTML in the header. Add the line "border:1px solid #000;" to the body tag definition in you CSS files and remove the border for the content part visible on your picture.
