hi, when attempting to enter a question with an apostrophe in it (eg: contractions such as don't) moodle returns an error message: "Warning: error occured" and will  not save the question until it is changed.

Mike - It does not appear that the standard Moodle text validation is being done. The apostrophe or single quote is being interpretted as the end of the field. I would recommend using html_entities or do some type of checking on the input. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. I very much like the incorporation of the questionnaire module for Moodle. It is a great way to evaluate courses and Moodle itself. Peace - Anthony

It seems related to PHPEsp bug

[ 783745 ] single quote breaks "add survey"

I am curious as to which version of PHPesp is used for the Moodle module. What would be involved in upgrading to a newer release? What help might you need?

As a follow up, it seems this also occurs with any single apostrophes/quotations in the 'text' section.
