Moodle 2.7.2
Site admin > Appearance > Themes > Theme settings > custom menu items

In the following entry, there is no trailing forward slash on the URL, but moodle(?) is appending a trailing slash to the URL; the result is page not found.

What happens if the escapes (ie, the \ before the first " and the \ before the second " is removed and the 'comment' is also removed.

So it looks like the following example for creating a new Google doc (once logged onto Google):
