In the following entry, there is no trailing forward slash on the URL, but moodle(?) is appending a trailing slash to the URL; the result is page not found.

What happens if the escapes (ie, the \ before the first " and the \ before the second " is removed and the 'comment' is also removed.
So it looks like the following example for creating a new Google doc (once logged onto Google):

Hmm, that works Ken. I am surprised as I thought the double-quote characters had to be entered as an escape sequence.
The entry now look like so. (the comment works as well)
