Does anybody know how to export files from QUESTIONNAIRE, and how import them to the FEEDBACK plugin?

What "files" would you be exporting from questionnaire?
Are you asking if there is a way to take a questionnaire activity and automatically create a feedback activity with the same questions and structure? If so, there is no way to do that.
