Enable log tracks on moodle28

Hi,


I have upgraded the version of moodle from 2.6 to 2.8.


In moodle 28 the log table is empty,

I checked the settings in Site admin > Plugins > Logging > Manage log stores 

and everything is enabled.

In a new moodle installation what are the steps  for log tracks?

I was looking at mdl_log, I saw the new table, thanks.


Is there any use of the old table?
