First of all, just to point out that the Moodle site you are posting on here is the general site where people discuss and download Moodle, not the help desk specific to your own NHS Moodle site. Presumably the site is hosted by a company and you should have contact details for them? However, people are happy to offer free voluntary support in the Help forums. Secondly,I am not aware of a green/amber/red light in standard Moodle, so you might have some customisation there - but let's see what light others can shed.
