Linking to Resources/Activities from Quiz

Is there a way to link to a specific resource or activity from feedback in a quiz?  If they get the answer wrong, I would like to direct my students to the resource where the material was covered so that they can review it.

In general, is it possible to have more control over quiz feedback?  Specifically, I would like to put in black lines to space it a bit better.  Possible?

Have you tried using html code in feedback boxes when designing quiz? Not sure if that works but html works in many fields. You could use a href tag to link to another resource or use automatic activity linking and just name the resource/activity (must turn activity linking on). Just some thoughts.
