I don't understand why my pictures here:
are not visible. I have uploaded them and they are in the files section of vocabulaire ( Frans)
If the page doesn't show up. Quests can login here: http://moodle.etine.nl
subject Frans, vocabulaire ..
It really puzzles me, so every hint is very welcome.

in the quiz's source file, the path to the image files appear to be specified as :
To convert these relative URLs to absolute URLs, the HotPot module has to go two folders up from where the quiz source file is on your Moodle server.
However, it seems that the image files are not two folders up from the quiz file, so I think you need to change the path to the image files.
If that doesn't work, please could you make me a teacher on the course (I am already enrolled as a student), so I can look around

the URLs for your Moodle site all have a double backslash, '//'. If you wanted to get rid of that, you could remove the trailing slash from the "$CFG->wwwroot" setting in the "config.php" file for your site.
Hello Gordon and Henny,
I have changed the path to the image files. They have appeard. And I removed the trailing slash in the config.php $CFG.
Further more Gordon has been made a teacher in this course.
Just an other Moodle admin!
the quiz is looking good
I further trimmed the URLs for the images. Since the images are in the same directory as the quiz, the don't need any ".." at all. Also, I removed the "style" attributes on the <IMG> tags, because the "float:left" style was allowing the image to float out of its box. Then I inserted a <BR> newline tag between the images causing the "cyclist" image to appear above the map, and finally I wrapped both images in a <DIV> to center them.
Thank you guys for all this work. It's been very stupid of me not to look in the source code and see the wrong paths.
The thing is I forget all the time, that I can only upload 2 MB at once. Normally if I upload a new exercise I use zip files. But with the sound files I get the message that the server cannot pull that and I have to upload the files one by one. ( Joost that's also been the trouble with that German exercise. Remember me saying there was something with the space..? ) And that's probably how it happend that I overlooked the relative paths.
But oh boys, now comes the difficult part of this message, because after all this work I have changed the pictures.
Gordon, I don't want to be ungrateful, but you know when I finally saw the result, I saw that the students had to scroll too much. The cyclist should not be above the map.
I really hope you are not angry with me about this, because you don't deserve that. And I appreciate all your help very much! And maybe, if I am lucky, you do agree, that the composition alltogether has improved...

I am certainly not angry. Quite the opposite. I am very pleased to see the quiz looking good and working well. The new graphic is definitely an improvement
