Essential Theme - switch role button

Hi,

I'm using the essential theme, and would like it to be easier to access the option to "switch role to student". 

I would like to move this option to the top navigation bar, in the dropdown menu that opens under the user name. 

Where would I find the code to do this?

Well yes we know where the code is likely to be, but it will be deep in the core structure of Moodle and I do not think it has a renderer, but you could check it out.
