New installation results in blank pages

I have just installed Moodle 2.8.5 through my host Inmotionhosting using softaculous to install, which has always been reliable.

After install I get a success screen, I can see the directory was made and can see the files there, but the links to my site or admin page come up blank in Chrome or IE.

I get the same blank page when I go to my admin page.  I have tried deleting the install and re-installing, but get the same result.

Any advice is appreciated.

It was set up by my server, so I assume they do it correctly.  I am not getting a page error, I am just getting a blank page.  You can see it here. http://www.healthyservice.us/training/

Turn on debugging via config.php  (think it's under section 7 if I remember correctly).
