Hi,
that required Moodle version "2014111003" tells me it needs Moodle 2.8.3 to install, and you say you're on 2.8.2+.
If you upgrade to 2.8.3 or later it should install.
I had the same recently with the plugin supposedly being good for 2.7, but only installing on 2.7.5 or later.
Seems a bit odd to me, but oh well.
