Chat

Hi there,
We have been having the problem of the chat scrollbar automatically going to the bottom of the chat when someone wants to scroll up to see previous comments. 

I have tried this in both Firefox and Internet Explorer and both browser will automatically snap back to the bottom when I try to scroll up towards the beginning of a conversation.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this?
