Hi All, I just upgraded my Questionnaire module in Moodle and wanted to confirm that the following error isn't a problem:
--------------------------------------------------
(mysql): ALTER TABLE `mdl_questionnaire_respondent` ADD INDEX `username_realm` ( `username` , `realm` ) 1146: Table 'moodle_community.mdl_questionnaire_respondent' doesn't exist
adodb_mysql._execute(ALTER TABLE `mdl_questionnaire_respondent` ADD INDEX `username_realm` ( `username` , `realm` ) , false) % line 837, file: adodb.inc.php
adodb_mysql.execute(ALTER TABLE `mdl_questionnaire_respondent` ADD INDEX `username_realm` ( `username` , `realm` ) ) % line 55, file: datalib.php
execute_sql(ALTER TABLE `mdl_questionnaire_respondent` ADD INDEX `username_realm` ( `username` , `realm` ) ) % line 185, file: datalib.php
modify_database(, ALTER TABLE `mdl_questionnaire_respondent` ADD INDEX `username_realm` ( `username` , `realm` ) ;) % line 54, file: mysql.php
questionnaire_upgrade(2004070301, Object:stdClass) % line 176, file: adminlib.php
Error
--------------------------------------------------
Thanks,
Sean
Hi Sean -
There is indeed a bug there. I have fixed it in the latest version. It won't prevent anything from working, but speed might be improved slightly if it did work.
