I'm completely new to Moodle and I spent the better part of yesterday and this morning getting my config.php file tweeked so I could actually run the installation.
Apparently things are "working", and I can log in as "admin user" but curiously the following appears at the top of every page:

I seem to be able to manoeuvre about, have gone into the admin functions, can see the front page, etc. but that header appears on every page... what do I need to do to fix this?
OK ... never mind.
I was concerned that because I COULD log in, that this was a different issue than had been discussed on the fora already, and so was hesitant to try the "fix"... but it worked ... I could log in, I could see the site, I could move about and do all the typical things - but just with that notice at the top of the window. So, it's not only an issue if you *can't* login, FYI.
