We're revising some aspects of usability in the Site administration menu.
We've seen that Restore course link is added in this section, and we think it could be nice to add "Add a new course" link the same way "Add a category" is.
Also we think that "Upload courses" and "Upload users" (CSV feature) have to change their text. We have many users failing to restore course through this links, because they are uploading mbz files instead of csv. We recommend to change the text by Upload bulk users/courses or something similar, in order to reduce this errors.
Otherwise, We also recommend to review all the restore vs import texts. When you try to restore a new course, the first section ask you to import a backup file... and there are many things like this. Import is always aiming to import activities while restore is used to restore backups. But the user is not alsways thinking about restoring a backup, many times the user is thinking abou importing a course they downloaded for free from another website...
