All this made me want to upgrade or switch to a different editor. I downloaded a free one (X-lite) and I'll see how it goes. Has anyone else gone this route or experienced similar problems? Has anyone integrated a different editor into their Moodle?...(eagerly waiting...)
I had been having many "buggy" issues with the HTML editor, especially when posting new forums. Then my first day that I was introducing Moodle to a new teacher we spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out how to post his first forum. We figured out that the editor couldn't handle it when we copy 'n' pasted text with "smart quotes" in it.
