Just successfully backed-up a course from my live server to development server. All I needed to do was create the backup on the live server, copy the zipped backup from the course backup directory and ftp it to my development system.
What's nice is that it creates the class on the development server. Good Job!
Not sure yet how to backup and restore the home page. Not a big deal, one can always cut&Paste or copy specific files.
