Hello,

Accented characters (french é and è are transformed into ?) in the title and the subtitle of a hotpot test are not well displayed in moodle.
I use moodle 1.5.2, easyphp 1.8 and hotpot 6.0 release 4

Bonjour,

I tried creating a short quiz with an é and è in the title, and it displayed OK (please see attached screen-shot), so I am a little puzzled as to why the accented characters do not display as expected thoughtful

Please could you send me the quiz. My email is:

Thanks very much for your response

I've downloaded the last version of hotpot, I've opened and recorded my hotpot files with this version.
Now, all problems with accents disappeared.
I'm sorry to have disturbed you.

I send you (see attached files) a quiz not modified that doesn't work with é an è (replaced by ?)

I 'll test the new hotpot module

Thanks again for your super work and "longue vie" to hotpot module
