Whgat ever that was it solved it self. Sorry. I think my dsl is just not keeping up with the FTP down loads. The langugage file take for ever and times out constantly.
Even though we are in CA I think I only really need a few of those languages any way. I wish their was some way to opt out of some of them and just load the ones we actually need.
