Could it be a font problem?
In some cases I deleted the apostrophes and was allowed to save my comments. However, in my course, I ran into the problem again and found two counterexamples. In the assignment for September 2 I can't save anything for JR even though I removed all the apostrophes (I tried it twice), and I could save for AF, even though there are apostrophes in her response.
