Make your sections wider on a small screen

Make your sections wider on a small screen

When you use a low screen resolution, Moodles with explaining texts in the central sections look to small on the screen. A simple trick from one of our teachers to solve this without changing the theme-style, is taking one of the last sections and put a long line of letters on it, for example:

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Disadvantage: you loose the view on the right column..

Thanks I am using this, but with about 8 less xxxx's until at least I can change the template to put the right hand column on the left. It is too small in the center. I think that leaner boundaries might also be considered.

I merge now in each course-format (weeks and topics) the menu's on the right in the left column, is more elegant.
