Having looked a little more... I don't see where I might paste the footer code back in so it gets interpreted as php (and in the right sequence). From what I can see, it appears that putting the linked resource into a frame to retain Moodle navigation was never intended to include footer navigation. I suppose if there were an easy way to do it, it would already have been done. Is that correct?
