You DO see a pre-filled text field after you press the Add button.
I think you mean that you would like to see a preview before actually add the comment.. Well.. The glossary use the same behavior used in the forum: You have a fixed amount of time after every comment to made any change you want... usually 30 mins. It is almost a preview..
