Hi,
I am new to PHP and moodle. I installed PHP this morning on my laptop and made sure it is working. However, I am having trouble getting past the installation of moodle. It is throwing the (in)famous error:
"The web address does not appear to be valid - this Moodle installation doesn't appear to be there."
I checked the "Source Script Access" checkbox in my IIS Server properties and restarted the IIS. But it did not make any difference.
Could some one please help me?
