Cannot select colour or insert hyperlink on IE

Hi

When using the HTML editor in IE, I cannot select a colour (error on page - see image) or use the hyperlink (page not found error). Anyone else experiencing this error?  Everything is fine in Firefox (I know, I know).

Is this an IE setting I've somehow missed?
