bad update -
I tried to install a couple of course blocks, and after I did my main menu went away, as well as my Site Info message.
The site info message still shows if I go into config/site settings, but it does not show up on the main page. So Instead I had to enter it into an html text box. The main menu came back, however it now has nothing on it. I even removed every file I had uploaded and re-uploaded all the original blocks.
