hi i have had no problems with corruption or lost files with mysql but i am an administrator i i want to be prepared i9f a problem does occur with the moodle database.
I have done the dump into a zip file of the database but how would i restore using the manage database feature in moodle.
i guess i shoulld also ask what are the best settings for the dump into the zip file. i just saved the structure and data and named a zip file but there were quite a few other settings that i have not a clue about.
